John E. Nale, Esq.

John is a graduate of the University of Maine at Orono and Franklin Pierce Law Center. He is a practicing Maine elder law attorney with offices in Waterville. He now serves as President of the Maine Association of Area Agencies on Aging (M4A), a statewide organization made up of the five Area Agencies on Aging that serve Maine's 200,000 plus seniors. He also serves on the Advisory Board of the Office of Elder Services. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Maine State Bar Association, serving as Co-Chair of the Elder Law Legislative Affairs Committee.
Mark J. Nale, Esq.

Mark J. Nale is a partner at Nale Law Offices in Waterville. Mark has been practicing law in Maine for 25 years. He graduated from the University of Maine at Orono in 1980 and from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1984. His area of practice is limited to elder law, including probate administration.
He is a member of the Maine State Bar Association's Elder Law Section and Trusts and Estates Section and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Mark speaks frequently to professional and community groups regarding long term care planning, estate planning, advance directives and MaineCare/Medicaid planning. Mark serves on the Board of Directors of the Alzheimer's Association - Maine Chapter, the Board of Directors of Hospice Volunteers Waterville Area and the Heritage Board of the Alfond Center.
Angela N. Jenney

Angela joined the firm in 2003 after graduating cum laude from Thomas College with a paralegal degree. She is proficient in the areas of elder law, estate administration and government benefits. She has excellent legal research and computer technology skills. Angela is a member of the National Association of Legal Secretaries (NALS). She is married and lives in Waterville.
Jean C. Rank
Jean is a graduate of Wheaton College and received a Master of Science in Education from the University of Maine. She was a public school teacher for three years before joining our firm. She is the firm's legal research assistant with a focus on Medicare and Medicaid law. Jean is married and has two young sons.
Elizabeth (Beth) Levesque

Beth is the firm's government benefits and MaineCare eligibility legal assistant. Before joining the firm, Beth worked 5 years for the Maine Department of Health and Human Services as a MaineCare Long Term Care eligibility specialist. She prepares MaineCare applications and works with clients throughout the eligibility process. Beth is married and lives in Waterville.
