John is a graduate of the University of Maine at Orono and Franklin Pierce Law Center. He is a practicing Maine elder law attorney with offices in Waterville. He now serves as Volunteer President of the Maine Association of Area Agencies on Aging (M4A), a statewide organization made up of the five Area Agencies on Aging that serve Maine's 200,000 plus seniors. He also serves on the Advisory Board of the Maine Office of Elder Services. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Maine State Bar Association, serving as Co-Chair of the Elder Law Legislative Affairs Committee. Mark is a partner at Nale Law Offices in Waterville. Mark has been practicing law in Maine for 25 years. He graduated from the University of Maine at Orono in 1980 and from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1984. His area of practice is limited to elder law, including probate administration.
He is a member of the Maine State Bar Association's Elder Law Section and Trusts and Estates Section and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
