John is a graduate of the University of Maine at Orono and Franklin Pierce Law Center.
He is a practicing Maine elder law attorney with offices in Waterville. He now serves as Volunteer President of
the Maine Association of Area Agencies on Aging (M4A), a statewide organization made up of the five Area Agencies
on Aging that serve Maine's 200,000 plus seniors. He also serves on the Advisory Board of the Maine Office of Elder Services.
He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Maine State Bar Association, serving as Co-Chair
of the Elder Law Legislative Affairs Committee. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Lakewood Continuing

Mark is a partner at Nale Law Offices in Waterville. Mark has been practicing law in Maine for 25 years.

Before joining the firm, Beth worked 5 years for the Maine Department of Health and Human Services as a MaineCare Long Term Care eligibility specialist.
